Inhabitants of Rúne - Talún

The Talún originate in the coasts of the Locchan Gulf off Jūra. They are simple beasts roaming the salt waters some even being beasts of burden in the reefs of the Juran coastline. Some have recently been spotted in the streets of The Reach. None fully understand why they would travel so far and what strange corruption afflicts them.
