Inhabitants of Rúne - The Stonewatch

The Reach have devised a mechanical guard to keep watch over the city. With a seedy underbelly, it made more sense to maintain order above ground with a minimally manned battalion as it isn't a high priority. The Stonewatch has recently come under scrutiny by locals as of late given their recent string of mishaps and the purple ichor that seems to run within the mechanistic veins of the most recent wave of Stonewatch guards.
