The Phoenix, a legendary creature known for its ability to rise from its ashes and be reborn anew, is revered by the Elves of Anadl as a symbol of hope, rebirth, and renewal. Three Phoenixes are known to reside near Anadl, Glas, and Fasra.
The Western Phoenix is a guardian of the mountains, watching over the land of Anadl and its inhabitants. They see the Phoenix as a symbol of endurance, a reminder that there is always the possibility of renewal.
The people of Glas hold the Eastern Phoenix in high regard and consider it their guardian. They believe the phoenix is a sign of good fortune and prosperity as it thrives in the shadow of an active volcano.
The Northern Phoenix is revered as a symbol of rebirth and renewal. The people of Fasra view the Phoenix as a powerful ally in their ongoing efforts to maintain the delicate balance of their ecosystem.
- The Tempest -
The Tempest is a mysterious and fearsome living storm that resides over Lochan Gulf off the coast of Jura. It holds a consciousness that is as chaotic and turbulent as the storms it creates. Despite its intimidating appearance, the Tempest is not inherently malicious. It simply exists to fulfill its purpose as a guardian of the ocean. Its storms are said to be a warning to those who disturb the delicate ecosystem of the sea.
Legends claim that it is a manifestation of an ancient deity of the sea and they are eternal beings that have existed since the beginning of time. The tomes of the past age state that a day will come when the last of the Tempests will die, bringing about a catastrophic event that will reshape the world.
The people of the Onyx territories have long feared the day of the last Tempest, believing it will mark the end of times. However, some believe that the death of the last Tempest is not a harbinger of doom but a rebirth of the world.
- The Crystal Dragons -
The Crystal Dragons were declared extinct, hunted by the Nation of Zenith. These rare lodestones hold a fragment of their psionic powers and are highly sought after.
The true abilities of the Crystal Dragons are the subject of much speculation and legend. The emerald dragons were said to have the ability to read minds. It is unknown if there are any surviving dragons. Despite their extinction, the dragons continue to hold a place of great reverence.
- Orators -
Rune has spawned various vessels to voice its words. The Üres Madár, a strange scaled owl-like creature from the False Elm Woods is one example of these Orators protecting the crystals in the deep places. Many onyx mining operations have deteriorated because of Orator intervention.

The chaotic beings that spawn from places unknown are known as Kythra. When something goes amiss and entropy follows they are not far behind. They collect around themselves a reality that defies logic.
